In late 2007, after the birth of her daughter in April, Tiffani started to write a lullaby album for her daughter that would help in getting her off to sleep. It was a mix of new bedtime songs and well known soft lullabies. Calling the album “Acoustic dreams - Lullabies for babies” and featuring her adorable 6 month old daughter on the cover. The album was released through Destra records with big success also managing to stay in the top 20 of the childrens music downloads for 20 weeks straight.

In late 2008 Tiffani added another string to her performing bow, appearing in her very first musical at the Sydney State Theatre as burlesque startlet Tiffany Hills in the stage musical Las Vegas Confidential. Tiffanis vocals and performance were a stand out and this lead to her 2nd musical, in early 2009, where this time she played the leading lady Natasha Rambova playing opposite Dancing with the stars ballroom dance champion Michael Miziner in the stage show Valentino.
